Classic Masala Chai

The tea grows in elevations of over 1,500 m (4,900 ft) above sea level. Most high-quality teas are cultivated at this or above this elevation. The age of the tea plant in Meghalaya is younger compared to that of Assam or Darjeeling. It grows on virgin, pristine land without the use of pesticides and chemicals.

Mawsynram Honey

Mawsynram Honey (Raw Honey) is pure and packed with the goodness from Mawsynram village, Meghalaya. This honey comes from the flowers of orange orchards that bloom in the winters in Mawsynram. It has a mild citrus flavor and is light in color with a refreshing scent. 

This honey is unprocessed and comes to you straight from the honeycomb, retaining all its nutrients, just as found in nature. It has been tested free of artificial additives, coloring or preservatives.

How can I use Classic Masala Chai?

  • Add 4 cups of water and milk in a container and bring it to boil
  • Add 4 teaspoon of Classic Masala Chai to the boiling milk
  • Keep it boiling for 3-4 mins till you see the beautiful dark color coming out of the ingredients
  • You will also get the aromatic smell of the spices in the tea
  • Take it off your stove or heater. Strain it using a siever
  • You can serve upto 4 cups of masala chai. Add sugar or honey for sweetness. This tea is perfect for your morning or evening tea

How can I use Mawsynram Honey?
