Servings 4 cups of turmeric banana smoothie
- First, take a good size blender
- Take 2 cups of ice cubes
- 5 bananas (peeled and pre-frozen)
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 heaping teaspoon of Lakadong Latte
- 1 teaspoon of stevia powder (add your choice of sweetener)
- Add water according to your preference
- Blend together.
- Serve it fresh
Note: When you use ripe bananas and freeze them, they blend up nice and sweet. You may not want to add any sweetener.
